“Native” indicates a Transcriwise implementation. “Zapier/webhook” is an automation route that requires external setup; features vary and there is no direct connection to the named app. “Setup required” means an administrator must still configure provider credentials and permissions.

When calendar, link, and permissions are valid, it joins the meeting, records media, and starts the configured flow.
